Body Circuit

Total body functional strength training circuit class mixed with cardio (cycle, plyometrics, kickboxing, step…). One hour of training the body and especially the core with a variety of tools to challenge your strength, endurance, coordination and balance.

 

Body Sculpt

Want results? Body Sculpt will bring it; drastically improving your muscular strength and endurance!  It will incorporate barbell, free weights, bands, BOSU, stability balls, medicine balls and can be modified to all fitness levels.

 

Boot Camp

This class is full of drills and exercises to strengthen and tone you from head to toe.  Come start your day with an endorphin high.  For all fitness levels.

 

Cardio Blast

If you are looking for a challenge, this cardio class will offer you an experience to raise your heart rate and your energy.  The combinations of step aerobics combined with cardio intervals is a great way to increase your fitness while having fun.

 

Cardio Pump

This is and intense combination class of cadio and strength training. Instructors will change up workouts for muscle confusion which provides for optimum results.

 

Cardio Kick

This is a high energy, kick boxing class mixed with other cardio, plyometric and strength intervals. Come ready to get worked hard, and leave drenched in sweat!

 

Cycle/Tone

Nothing beats an indoor cycling class for a low-impact, high-intensity fitness workout. This is a traditional cycling class, filled with interval training for fat-burning results. With driving music we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors.  You’ll climb hills, cruise flat roads, and sprint your way to a healthier heart and body! Stick around for some quick toning exercises at the end of your ride.

 

Cycle/ TRX

The perfect workout combo!  Want to burn calories and strengthen?  This is a traditional cycle ride followed by strength and toning on the TRX.

 

Cycle/ Stretch

This is a traditional cycle ride followed by a little extra stretch.  After you ride and while you are warm, spend some time gaining greater flexibility, range of motion and reducing stress through stretching.

 

Cardio Pump

This is an intense combination class of cardio and strength training.  Instructors will change up workouts for muscle confusion which provides for optimum results.

 

H.I.I.T Bootcamp 

High Intensity Interval Training. It’s all the rage, because it works! This is bootcamp style class that will challenge all levels.

 

Insanity

Max Interval Training! You work in 3-5 minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. This class keeps your body working at maximum capacity though your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits so your body has to adapt and get insane results!

 

Kick box and Sculpt

This is a high energy, kick boxing class mixed with strength intervals. Come ready to get worked hard, and leave drenched in sweat!

PIYO 

PiYO combines the muscle sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

 

Strength Training

This class is strictly weight training. Each major muscle system is worked, focusing on form and proper alignment.  The goal of each class is to gain muscle strength and to prevent injuries.

 

Step-T.B.C.

This class is a combo of Step and Total Body Conditioning.  Cardio combinations & intervals performed with a Step.  New combinations are taught at the beginning of the month and repeated throughout the month. The second half of class is focused on Total Body Conditioning movements using a variety of strength building equipment. The grand finale is Abdominal/Core work.  For all fitness levels but previous step is recommended.

 

TRX

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

 

TRX Body Blast

You will leave this full body workout with your cardio and weight training done in the same hour!  Alternating intervals between higher intensity cardio drills and training every muscle group using your own body weight with the TRX suspension trainer.  It will keep your heart rate up and muscles burning.  Join us!  All levels are welcome as you can easily go at your own pace; this is also a great class for those looking for a higher intensity workout.

 

Unique Physique

Come and join the full body challenge.  This class is the ultimate cardio mix class.  Spike your heart rate up and down to burn tons of calories, strengthen your core and reshape your muscles to become long and lean!!

 

Yoga

Yoga improves your strength, balance and flexibility, starting with your center. Muscle definition focuses on shoulders, back, glutes and legs, breath by breath.  This is an intermediate class, easy for beginners to pick up.  Bring your own mat.

 

Yoga Flow

This yoga class is designed to balance mind, body and spirit.  Come enjoy the benefits of stretching, lengthening, and strengthening the body with an invigorating asana practice that ends with a soothing relaxation sequence.  Basic knowledge of yoga poses is recommended but open to all levels.  Bring your own mat.

 

Elite Yoga Flow

This class is designed for those with yoga experience looking to refine their craft, enjoy the ebb and flow of a stronger asana practice, and end with a relaxing sequence to calm the mind and body.  Prior yoga experience is strongly recommended for this class.  Bring your own mat.

 

Zumba 

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout. Zumba® is a great mix of Latin flavor and international beats designed to tone your body from head to toe.
