Working with a Certified Personal Trainer provides benefits beyond simply having someone to support and motivate you during a routine. A Certified Personal Trainer serves as a business partner in fitness, offering professional expertise in developing, implementing and supervising a comprehensive training plan.

Erika Boudreaux (Assistant Manager/Personal Trainer)


Erika is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a health fanatic. She played collegiate soccer and earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science.

Erika is a strong believer in clean eating and enjoys playing around with food and creating healthy recipes. Her goal is to help others achieve their fitness goals, help others to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle and to feel confident about themselves and their body.

As a manager at Newport Sports Club, Erika strives to help members feel like they are part of a “Club” not just a “Gym.” She works to provide members with a Club that is clean, comfortable and welcoming with staff that knows the members by name.

Stephanie Cannon (Group Fitness Manager)

B.S. Physical Education & Health with a Coaching Emphasis and multiple training certifications

Stephanie Cannon is the Group Exercise Manager at Newport Sports Club. Her goal at Newport is to help our members achieve their optimal health by finding joy and fulfillment through exercise. She has a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in Physical Education and Health with a Coaching Emphasis. She is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and holds multiple other certifications. As a former BYU soccer player, she likes to find time to coach her children’s soccer teams. She loves the outdoors: hiking, biking, and trail running. She is married and enjoys cheering on her 4 children.

Kelli Hansen (Personal Trainer)

Kelli Hansen is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer with continuing education in neuromuscular stretching,integrated Core Training, Integrated balance Training, youth training, cardio-respiratory training, and senior training.

Kelli has a corrective exercise specialist certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine which deals with injury prevention and rehabilitation. Kelli has done 4 different internships with various trainers helping her to learn different training styles and methods. Kelli has worked with clients of all different ages and levels helping them to reach and maintain their fitness goals.

Braydon Barrett (Personal Trainer)


Hey there!

My name is Braydon Barrett, I’m a Weight Loss Specialist and a Fit Nerd.
I love to exercise and have fun, but I also love to study and “geek out”.

My favorite candy is Sour Patch Kids, and I tell you this because I want you to know I’m a normal person just like you!
I specialize in Extreme Weight Loss and Obesity.

played tennis my whole life and went to college on a tennis scholarship for Weber State
University. I have always been passionate about fitness and eating healthy, and I want to teach
